About the Author
Dana S. Seetahal SC is an attorney at law of 30 years experience. Now a private practitioner who appears for both the defence and the State, she was a public prosecutor for several years and a senior lecturer at the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad and Tobago for twelve years. She holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and is a Fulbright scholar. Ms Seetahal is in her second term as an independent senator in the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago. In January 2006 she was appointed Senior Counsel.

This book is a must have for any lawyer in this practice area. I have been an attorney for six years and have used it as a guide at both the Magistrates Court and the High Court. I bought the Kindle and the hard version. Grea detail and having seen the author in action I know first hand that she knows what she is writing about.
